Where Are We?
Based in Kidwelly, a 30 minute drive from Carmarthen/Llanelli. Just before ferryside.
Carmarthen Bay Holiday Park is a hidden gem, with views some argue are as good as the Gower, which offers a great place to relax, socialise and has a great range of activities on and off the park.
Surrounded by the Gwendraeth Estuary and acres of farmers’ fields, the views really are spectacular. The park is like a breath of fresh air, no traffic, no pollution just peace & tranquillity. The South West Coast is also a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. On a clear day you can see Caldey Island and Tenby from the beach.
Only 75 minutes from Cardiff, 55 mins away from Swansea or 45 mins to Tenby or Saundersfoot, Carmarthen Bay Holiday Park is situated beautifully in the middle of all places of interest.

About The Park
Here at the Gwendraeth Estuary, is a popular bird watching area with over 140 species of bird said to be found in the area. It is also famous for sea fishing; there is a breeding ground for Bass & Mullet, where the fresh water meets salt water in the Estuary. With Pembrey Country Park less than 3 miles away which is home to the Cefn Sidon Beach described as one of Europe’s best beaches. The beach is a winner of the Coveted Blue Flag award and is over 8 miles long and half a mile to the sea, when the tide is out. Cefn Sidon is also safe for bathing within the Lifeguard patrolled area; there really is so much open space & wildlife for all the family to enjoy.
We have a Boatyard with sea mooring which is free of charge to our owners. We also boast direct beach access onto a beautiful sandy beach. There is a fantastic community feel to the park and caravan owners make use of their boats, jet skis and use of the facilities on Park throughout the year. As the park is off the beaten track, it is particularly safe, with only guests on the site able to gain access, this also allows the beach to become quite secluded. Our onsite facilities include, a full extensive entertainment programme starting at 9.30am on-going throughout the day and evening, which include interactive events for all ages, talent shows & educational activities, we have the Boathouse Restaurant which serves food from 9.00am - 9.00pm and has many 2 for offers & drink offers, we then have a take away for those late night snackers', a soft play area for the little ones to play, crazy golf course free of charge, we also have large outdoor, travelling events for all the family to enjoy such as wrestling and Festival Big Top, you'll never be short of things to do.
There is a 12 month licensed area on the park which means you can holiday here all year round. There is also a 10 month licensed area which is open from March 1st until 31st December each year. If it’s a relaxed time you need or you want to enjoy the full week’s entertainment Carmarthen Bay Holiday Park can cater for all needs.
