VW T5 Transporter - LWB, Kombi with extra row of seats to make an 8 seater.
82k miles, 2009 on a 59 plate, 2.5 TDI, basic camper / weekend van additions.
We are very sad to be selling out family T5, it has seen many adventures over the last 6 years. The reason for sale is that we have bought a bigger camper van. This is a fantastic van for an outdoor couple or family. It has plenty of seat configurations depending on what you are doing. The long wheel base mean that you can fit a full size bike into the rear of the van without removing or turning the wheel. Flip down TV screen great for long journeys and rear parking sensors mean you wont reverse it into anything. Drives really well and doesn’t feel like a big van when you are driving it.
One owner from new. Full Service History. Metallic Silver. AirCon. Alloy Wheels, Never used as a commercial vehicle. Equipped for many different uses:
• 8 Seater: 2 swivelling front seats, row of 3 removable rear seats as 2 + 1, and second row of 3 removable rear seats, rear 1m luggage shelf.
• Basic Campervan: utilising front and second-row rear seats with a flight-case style camper unit which provides storage, table top and location for a gas burner stove (not included in sale). Second-row rear seats fold down in-line with rear luggage shelf to form a 1.8m sleeping platform.
• Weekend Sports Van: With roof rack for long sports equipment (canoes, kayaks etc) and rear cycle rack for 4 bikes. 1m rear luggage shelf with plastic storage boxes to fit.

• Panel Van: Don’t buy this van to use as a panel van, but it is occasionally very useful to be able to take out all rear seats & luggage shelf to leave space to carry boards up to 2.8 x 1.2m or timbers up to 3.8m (running between the front seats).

Both rear windows have slide openings (windows were factory fitted from new). After-market head-unit, with isolator switch. After-market USB charging sockets, with isolator switch. Plastic boxes and trugs (included in sale) that perfectly fit under the rear luggage shelf. Boxes (grey lids) have rear wheels for easy sliding in and out.
Damage: Some minor bodywork scratches , Missing one plastic cap to end of roof rack, Some oil marks (from bicycle chains) on internal carpet,Small rip in rear rubber flooring.
